David is great to work with .He listens and stayed with us to understand our needs.We looked in a lot of states and he was one of few to not disconnect with us.Because of him we found the home we were looking for. David is professional and awesome.

David Bentley has a saint's amount of patience. He not only tolerated my personality, but he accommodated my indecisiveness and my not knowing what kind of house or location I wanted. David showed us different locations and styles of homes until he found our dream home. Yes, he found it. See, we saw the home on another home advertising page, but the pictures were awful, so intern we said, "no." But David said "Hey, it is a nice day, want to just look?" So David led us to our dream home in the mountains. Honestly, we would not living in our dream home without David. David Bentley is the BEST!

David Bentley sold our home very quickly and the entire transaction went smoothly. He took us under his wing and guided us through every step. David was always quick to respond and go above and beyond in researching properties for us; it also helped that he had a great team at Lambros. His photographer took amazing picture of our home. We felt comfortable with David from the beginning and will continue to use him for our future real estate needs.

My husband & I are planning on relocating to Montana & only had time to travel over to Montana during the long holiday weekend. David was very accommodating, going the extra mile for us. He even took time out of his busy holiday weekend to show us land. He was a pleasure to work with & would highly recommend working with him for any real estate needs you might need done. David knows his area and was able to show us around with ease. He was totally awesome & I would only use him again, if the need arises.
